Jack Frye is an associate in the litigation & enforcement group and focuses on antitrust and competition matters. Prior to law school, Jack lobbied Congress on behalf of two national trade associations – often working at the intersection between policy and business decisions. He helped craft the legislative strategy for National Pork Producers Council v. Ross before and after the Supreme Court granted certiorari for the case. He previously worked in Congress for Representatives Jamie Raskin and Ron Kind.

During law school, Jack gained experience at the United States Attorney’s Office for Washington, D.C. While at USAO, Jack assisted with one of the largest Department of Justice investigations in its history. At school, Jack was actively involved with The Federal Circuit Bar Journal and the Moot Court Board. He graduated as a George Washington Scholar and was selected for the Order of the Barristers due to his success in external oral advocacy competitions.
