Maren Fuhr is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group. She represents private fund sponsors in a broad range of matters, including fundraises, formation and ongoing operation of a variety of investment products such as private equity funds, fund of funds, credit funds, and venture funds. Maren also represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in various private funds.
During law school, Maren served as the executive articles editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. She participated in the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic and was a recipient of the Barry L. Zaretsky Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Fellowship.
