  • Represented an ad hoc group of lenders in connection with a recapitalization of Vialto Partners, a multinational provider of global mobility, tax, and immigration solutions.*
  • Represented mezzanine lender and administrative agent in connection with a recapitalization of energy provider Cricket Valley Energy Center and its affiliates.*
  • Represented an ad hoc group of lenders in a comprehensive debt recapitalization of telecommunications services providers Lumen Technologies, Inc., and Level 3 Financing, Inc.*
  • Represented an ad hoc group of lenders in connection with the chapter 11 cases of global beauty company Revlon, Inc., and certain of its subsidiaries filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.*
  • Represented an ad hoc group of lenders to Nautilus Power LLC in connection with an amendment of the energy provider’s term loan facility.*
  • Represented an ad hoc group of noteholders to WeWork Companies LLC in connection with a comprehensive debt recapitalization transaction.*
  • Represented the administrative agent and collateral agent under a revolving credit facility in connection with the chapter 11 cases of AmSurg, Envision Healthcare Corporation, and their affiliates filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.*
  • Represented Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V., and certain of its affiliates in the airline’s chapter 11 cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.*
  • Represented lender in connection with chapter 11 cases of Tenrgys, LLC, and certain of its subsidiaries filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.*
  • Represented the administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with the amendment of Envision Healthcare Corporation’s first-lien term loan facility and a super-senior revolving credit facility for certain of its subsidiaries.*
  • Represented telecommunications services provider Windstream Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates in their chapter 11 cases filed the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.*
