Valeria Fiormonti regularly represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, disposals and other investment transactions. Valeria also advises global and domestic clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance. She has advised on a number of notable deals in the Italian market across many industries, including consumer goods, food, financial services, energy, and industrials.
