Aidan Guo

Aidan Guo is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance practice group, based in London. He trained at the firm’s London office, where he gained experience across the anti-corruption and international risk, real estate, private equity and finance teams.

Aidan advises private equity sponsors, corporate clients, borrowers and lenders on a range of domestic and cross-border financing matters, including leveraged and acquisition financings, infrastructure and real estate financings, refinancings as well as other general corporate finance matters.
