Alex Gucinski is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group. His practice is primarily focused on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. Alex also has extensive experience representing funds of funds, sovereign wealth entities, and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds and direct co-investments.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex was a consultant for a leading global consulting firm, advising clients in the technology and energy industries on corporate strategy projects. Prior to his time in consulting, Alex was an associate in the private funds group of another global law firm.
