Alexis Grinstead joined Ropes & Gray in 2023 as an associate in the tax, employment, and benefits department. Alexis graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2020. Prior to law school, Alexis earned a graduate degree in social work from the University of Columbia and worked as a policy analyst at a non-profit organization in New York.
