Devon Guanci joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2024.

During law school, Devon served as development editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.

Prior to law school, Devon was a corporate paralegal in Ropes & Gray’s Boston office.

Experience

  • Represented Advent International and its portfolio companies in a number of transactions, including:
    • Acquisition of PatientPoint, a point-of-care digital health company.
    • Acquisition of Salt & Stone, the high-performance body care brand.
  • Represented Bain Capital in its acquisition of Service Logic, a leader in comprehensive commercial HVAC and building automation services.
  • Represented Cohere Capital in its strategic growth investment in Leverege, a leading provider of AI-native software solutions based on Internet of Things (IoT) and VisionAI technology.
  • Represented Trinseo PLC and its subsidiaries in connection with a transaction support agreement to, among other things, (i) redeem its existing $115 million 2025 Senior Notes with the proceeds of a new super holdco term loan, (ii) enter into a new $300 million super-priority revolving credit facility and (iii) exchange at least $330 million of 2029 Senior Notes for new 2029 Second Lien Senior Secured Notes at a discount to par, providing at least $49 million of discount capture.
