Evan Gordon joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 as an associate in the real estate investments & transactions group. Evan focuses his practice on real estate finance, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, construction and development and commercial leasing matters.
Evan also represents private equity clients and other companies in real estate-related transactions.
During law school, Evan clerked for a leading oil and gas company in their in-house legal department and served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Sara S. Vance of the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan was a real estate associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
