Federico Giustini is an associate in the asset management practice group.
During law school, Federico helped clients with their estate planning with the Estate Planning Practicum. He interned in the Mergers III Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition where he worked on enforcement challenges including investigating anticompetitive mergers. He also interned in the Division of Enforcement of the Securities & Exchange Commission. He served as a general editor for the Cornell International Law Journal, research assistant for Professor Saule Omarova, and teaching assistant to Professor Richard Geddes. Prior to law school, he worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Internal Audit Department as a corporate finance analyst.
