Joe Gillespie-Hill is a corporate associate in the Chicago office. Joe advises public and privately held companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide variety of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and asset sales and corporate governance issues.
Joe received his J.D. in 2023 from the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to law school, Joe attended St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland and worked as a litigation paralegal at another global law firm.
