Justin is a member of the firm’s private capital transactions group, where his practice focuses primarily on fund finance transactions, with additional experience in leveraged finance matters. He advises a broad range of asset managers on fund-level facilities, including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, continuation vehicle transactions, asset-based credit fund leverage and GP/management company lines. In addition, Justin represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a wide variety of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition and cross-border financings, and other private equity transactions.

- Represented TSG Consumer Partners in connection with senior secured financings for several of its investments in a number of food and beverage, health and beauty, and other consumer products companies, including Hempz, Radiance Holdings, Backcountry.com, Super Star Car Wash and American Technologies.
- Represented an ad hoc group of second lien term loan lenders to a specialty textile manufacturing company in connection with the company’s restructuring of over $850 million in funded indebtedness. As part of the restructuring, second lien term loan lenders received a significant primary equity stake, warrants and the opportunity to participate in funding the exit term loan.
- Advised NFP Corp., a Madison Dearborn Partners portfolio company, in numerous financing transactions including its $2.25 billion refinancing and several high yield bond offerings.
- Represented H.I.G. Capital in connection with financing for its acquisition of the distribution business of Avient Corp., a global provider of sustainable and specialized material solutions.
- Represented Evergreen Coast Capital in connection with their senior secured financings for their investment in WorkForce Software, a company that provides enterprise and mid-sized organizations with cloud workforce management solutions.
