Leili Golian joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate health care group in 2025.
While in law school, Leili served as an associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and served as an extern in the legal department of a national nonprofit health maintenance organization. Leili was also involved in the UC Irvine School of Law’s Community and Economic Development (CED) Clinic where she assisted nonprofits and small businesses with entity formation and tax filing needs. Additionally, Leili served as a judicial extern to Justice Maurice Sanchez of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three.
Prior to law school, Leili worked as a fund development manager at a pediatric health care nonprofit, where she led fundraising strategies and authored grant proposals to expand access to oral health care for low-income children.
