Lindsay Greene is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement group and focuses her practice on antitrust and competition matters. Lindsay advises clients on all aspects antitrust review, including premerger clearance and antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust authorities.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Lindsay was a staff attorney in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission. While there, she worked on a variety of complex antitrust merger reviews, as well as antitrust enforcement actions across multiple industries, including matters relating to oil and gas, healthcare, consumer goods, and hospitality.

In 2022, Lindsay completed her yearlong clerkship with the Honorable T. Kent Wetherell in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Prior to that, she clerked in Fairfax County Circuit Court for the Honorable Grace Burke Carroll.

During law school, Lindsay was vice president of the George Mason American Inn of Court and served on the George Mason Law Review. In addition, she was a judicial intern to the Honorable Amy Berman Jackson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
