Nora Ghanem joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022. Nora assists on matters relating to capital markets, intellectual property and technology, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and emerging companies.

While at University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Nora served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Douglas E. Arpert of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was a member of the Journal of Law and Social Justice. Nora also served as vice president of the Business Law Society and treasurer of the Womxn of Color Collective and was a founding member of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Student Association.

Prior to law school, Nora worked as a corporate financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company in Atlanta.
