Samantha Galvin joined Ropes & Gray in 2014 and is an associate in the firm’s executive compensation & employee benefits practice group.

Samantha works with both public and private companies on executive compensation issues, including, among other things, structuring and drafting equity-based and other incentives, deferred compensation, executive employment agreements, and separation agreements. She also works with reporting companies to meet securities law disclosure requirements related to executive compensation.

Samantha represents clients with regard to their qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, including on matters of plan administration, compliance and correction.
