Stefania Gauthier is a law clerk in the finance group in London, having joined the team in 2025. Before joining the firm, she completed an LL.M. in Corporate Law at New York University School of Law, focusing on corporate finance, banking and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Stefania holds an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa, graduating magna cum laude, and spent a semester at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, adding comparative perspective to her training.
