Zach Gillette is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department. He principally provides transactional advice to health care clients, including hospitals, health systems, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Zach also advises clients on a range of regulatory, compliance and general corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Zach served as the Stu Walter Law Fellow at the Williams Institute.

Experience

  • Represented Rady Children’s Hospital in its merger with Children’s Hospital of Orange County to form Rady Children’s Health, a three-hospital pediatric system.
  • Represented a national nonprofit health system in the acquisition of a five-hospital system in North Carolina.
  • Represented a top 10 academic medical center in its acquisition of two acute care hospitals in San Francisco from CommonSpirit Health.
  • Represented UCHealth in its acquisition of Parkview Health System.
