Adam M. Harrington joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department as an associate in 2021 and practices primarily in the private capital transactions group. He provides transactional advice to investors and private equity firms and, as a member of the firm's confidentiality agreements review team, he evaluates, reviews, and negotiates confidentiality agreements and engagement letters on behalf of the firm's clients. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Adam frequently navigated federal confidentiality laws and regulations while working as a licensed substance abuse counselor and spent a year as a Judicial Extern in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit with the Honorable Bruce M. Selya.
