Kate Healy is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation and government investigations. Kate has represented clients in matters involving the False Claims Act, state and federal antitrust laws, federal securities laws, and commercial disputes. She maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing asylum-seekers and pro se civil litigants.
Before joining the firm, Kate served as a term law clerk for the Honorable Frank M. Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. As a law student, Kate interned for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in both the False Claims Division and the Civil Rights Division. Kate also took part in her law school’s full-time immigration clinic, where she drafted submissions on behalf of a client in removal proceedings and advocated for respondents in immigration court in her capacity as an attorney of the day.
