Lauren serves as a practice innovation attorney in Ropes & Gray’s asset management practice group. She collaborates with the firm's practice technology and innovation teams to identify and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and client service.
In her prior role at global law firm, she worked as an AI innovation attorney, leading GenAI adoption initiatives across practice groups, including vendor evaluation, AI governance, workflow design, tool deployment, and attorney training. While in law school, Lauren worked at an access-to-justice technology startup and conducted research for a legal innovation lab, developing legal technology solutions and researching ways to improve access to legal information and services.
