Linda Hsu is a member of the firm’s alternative asset opportunities practice. She advises private funds and institutional investors with respect to various transactions, including secondaries, co-investments, joint ventures and preferred equity investments. She has also represented registered funds in fund formation, compliance and operational matters.

During law school, Linda served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also participated in the Transnational Legal Clinic at Penn Law, gaining experience representing clients in various immigration matters.
