Paul joined Ropes & Gray’s Chicago office in 2025 and works in the business restructuring group. Paul earned his J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was the editor-in-chief for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and an articles editor for the Tennessee Law Review. During law school Paul interned with the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the Knox County Chancery Court.
Paul earned his M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and earned his B.S. from The Ohio State University.
