Terry Ha is an associate in the asset management group of Ropes & Gray. He represents private fund sponsors in a broad range of matters, including fundraises, formation and ongoing operation of a variety of investment products such as private equity funds, credit funds, fund of funds, hedge funds and real estate funds.
In addition, Terry also represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in various private funds.
In law school, Terry was part of the Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he assisted early stage startup companies and accelerators. Terry also interned for the Hon. Deborah J. Saltzman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Terry served as a senior editor and as a member of the Notes Selection Committee of the Washington University Law Review, vice president for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and teaching assistant to Legal Writing Professor Jane Moul.
