Chaitanya Jayanti is a corporate associate in the Chicago office. Mr. Jayanti advises public and privately held companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide variety of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and corporate governance issues.
Mr. Jayanti received his Juris Doctor in 2021 from Columbia Law School, where he graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Jayanti served as the chief speechwriter for the Leader of Opposition in the Government of India. Mr. Jayanti received his Bachelor of Science in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
