Chantel Jones joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2023 and works in the corporate department. Chantel Jones attended Fordham School of Law, where she was a member of the Environmental Law Journal. Chantel also participated in Fordham's Global Anti-Racism Clinic that worked with the United Nation's Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Prior to law School, Chantel worked at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and as a legal assistant to a top British luxury fashion house.

- Represented Bain Capital in its $5.6 billion take-private acquisition of PowerSchool, a provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education.
- Represented Xerox Holdings Corporation in its $1.5 billion acquisition of Lexmark International, Inc., a leading provider in printing and software services.
- Represented HP Inc. in its acquisition of Vyopta, a provider of collaboration management solutions.
