Samantha is a funds attorney in the asset management group. She regularly represents university endowments, private foundations, hospitals, funds-of-funds and other institutional investors in connection with domestic and global investments in private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds and evergreen and hybrid funds. Samantha also has experience advising private equity sponsors on a variety of matters, including related to the formation, offering, regulation, and ongoing operations of private investment funds, as well as on internal economic and governance arrangements. She joined Ropes & Gray in 2017.
