Stephen is an associate in the firm's private equity transactions group. He has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and strategic acquirors across the full spectrum of complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, take-privates, carve-outs, divestitures, recapitalizations and growth equity investments. Stephen regularly serves as the day-to-day lead on transactions and advises clients on add-on acquisitions, dispositions, corporate governance and management equity arrangements. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Stephen developed a broad M&A practice at a leading international law firm.
