Stephen joined Ropes & Gray in 2024 and is an associate in the corporate department. Stephen focuses his practice on private equity buyouts, strategic M&A, divestitures and similar transactions. Stephen also regularly advises clients and their portfolio companies on a range of operational matters, including add-on acquisitions, dispositions, general corporate governance and equity arrangements.
