Jaclyn is an associate in the firm's executive compensation and employee benefits practice group. Jaclyn works with public and privately held companies on executive compensation issues, including structuring and drafting equity-based and other incentives, employment agreements, severance plans, and other compensatory and benefits arrangements. She also reviews and prepares securities law disclosure related to executive compensation for public companies, including in connection with initial public offerings.
During law school, Jaclyn served as technical editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender. She was also an active member of the Harvard Law School Disability Law Students Association, serving as co-chair for the 2018-2019 academic year.
