Maya joined the firm’s corporate department as an associate in 2021. Her practice focuses on representing asset management industry clients in a variety of transactional, regulatory, and compliance areas of their businesses. Maya works with registered funds, private funds, and their sponsors on fund structuring and formation, fund reorganizations, and ongoing compliance and operational matters.
During law school, Maya worked as an editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. She also served as a legal intern at the Supreme Court of Rwanda.
