Miles represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate transactions across an array of industries. He works with clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, financings, reorganizations and cross border transactions. Miles’s practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance, general corporate and day-to-day operational legal matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Miles was a litigation associate in the New York office of another international law firm, in-house counsel to a legal technology startup, and “outside in-house counsel” to several companies.
