Miles represents and advises financial sponsors and other corporate and institutional clients across in a broad range of transactions and general corporate matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, growth financing, restructuring and reorganizations. Miles’s practice also includes advising clients on governance and day-to-day strategic and operational matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Miles was a litigation associate in the New York office of another international law firm, in-house counsel to a legal technology startup, and “outside in-house counsel” to several companies.
