Tyler Kamperschroer is an associate in the firm’s finance group. His practice includes representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of financing transactions in both the private and syndicated credit markets, with a primary focus on leveraged finance transactions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Tyler graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the Cardozo Law Review and an Alexander Fellow.
