Yunah is an associate in the corporate department in New York. Her practice focuses on advising issuers, underwriters and sponsors on a variety of public and private capital markets transactions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Yunah worked as a capital markets associate at another leading law firm in its New York and London offices.
Experience
- Represented AST SpaceMobile, Inc. on the offering of $1.15 billion Convertible Notes as well as the repurchase of $50 million of existing Convertible Notes and $161 million registered direct offering of Class A common stock*
- Represented underwriters on Ares Capital Corporation’s various SEC-registered debt and equity offerings*
- Represented underwriters on 4D Molecular Therapeutics’ $100 million offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants*
- Represented Lilium N.V. in connection with various SEC-registered equity offerings, PIPE transactions and warrant issuances*
