Alisha serves as counsel in Ropes & Gray's asset management practice. She partners with first-time and established private investment fund sponsors—including those pursuing private equity, energy, infrastructure, and credit strategies—to address the full spectrum of their business and operational needs.

Alisha guides sponsors through intricate capital campaigns, marketing, investor relations, and general partner and management company structuring and restructuring. She also advises on co-investment programs, carried interest arrangements, and the day-to-day regulatory and compliance challenges of running private funds. Drawing on her deep experience in fund formation, structuring, and management, Alisha has helped clients establish investment vehicles ranging from $150 million to more than $10 billion in committed capital.

Alisha also advises clients on sophisticated fund-related matters, including alternative investment vehicles, co-investment fund structures and programs, and secondary transactions.
