Anthony is a funds attorney in the asset management group. Anthony returned to Ropes in 2026 after spending several years in higher education, where he advised law students on their career exploration and professional development. First joining the firm as a corporate associate in 2017, Anthony has experience representing U.S. and international institutional investors and asset managers in connection with their investments in a variety of private funds. He also has experience advising private fund sponsors in connection with their regulatory and compliance matters and the formation, offering, and ongoing operations of private investment funds.
In addition to his work with the firm and in higher education, Anthony completed a firm-sponsored public interest fellowship with GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD Law), where he focused on legislative initiatives in New England for LGBTQ+ civil rights and protections. Anthony was named a 2021 Top Lawyer for Civil Rights in Boston Magazine for his work with GLAD Law.
