Daniel Law is a finance associate practicing in the firm’s private equity transactions group. His practice includes leveraged finance, in which he advises global private equity firms and their portfolio companies on acquisition and cross-border financings, and funds financing, advising borrower-side on NAV facilities and leverage facilities for credit funds. Daniel also works closely with the capital solutions practice, representing lenders on complex liability management transactions and restructurings.
