Jess joined Ropes & Gray’s asset management practice group in 2025.
During law school, Jess served as a research assistant for the Environmental and Energy Law Program and Bussey Professor of Law, Joseph Singer. Prior to law school, Jess worked in the Aviation Maintenance Technology sector for the Department of Defense.
