Max joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate department in 2026. During law school, Max was a member of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University Trial Advocacy Program. Max also interned with the Honorable Judge Thomas Rademaker in the Nassau County Supreme Court, as well as the Queens District Attorney’s Office as a Brave Justice summer intern. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Max was a member of a bankruptcy-focused firm, focusing on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters.
