Michelle Liptakova is counsel in Ropes & Gray’s alternative asset opportunities practice in London. Michelle advises sponsors on fund formation, continuation fund transactions and institutional investors on primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions, including purchases and sales of fund interests and in their capacity as lead investors in GP-led transactions. Michelle trained and qualified as an associate at the firm, spending six months in the Hong Kong office and was also seconded to the firm’s Boston office. Michelle re-joined Ropes & Gray from another U.S. law firm.
