Michelle Lotfalla is an associate the mergers and acquisitions group. Michelle has experience representing public and private companies and financial institutions across a broad range of industries in domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers, stock and asset and acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and joint ventures. She also regularly advises clients on general corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Michelle was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
