Noah Levine is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Robert N. Chatigny at the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. 

During law school, Noah was a teaching assistant for Legal Analysis, Research & Writing, an editor for Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, and a research assistant for Duke Center for Firearms Law.

Experience

  • Representing a major financial institution and its subsidiary in a class action brought on behalf of users of an electronic trading platform for foreign exchange transactions. Plaintiffs bring claims in the Southern District of New York for antitrust violations under the Sherman Act, RICO, and fraud, as well as other New York common law claims.
  • Representing registered funds in Administrative Procedure Act challenge to U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission regulation in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. 
  • Representing a biotechnology company in federal securities class action.
