Olivia is an associate in the asset management group. Olivia’s practice focuses on advising registered investment companies, including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds, as well as their independent trustees and investment advisers, on a wide range of regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. As part of her practice, Olivia advises clients on the formation, registration, reorganization, and day-to-day operations of retail, alternative retail, and institutional investment products. She also regularly counsels clients on developments under U.S. federal securities laws.
Olivia also maintains an active pro bono practice, with experience representing individuals in immigration and asylum matters.
During law school, Olivia served as production editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and as a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She was also a fellow in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy project, through which she taught constitutional law at New Mission High School in Hyde Park, Massachusetts.
