Stacy is a member of the firm’s private equity group, where she focuses primarily on fund finance transactions. She represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of fund-level facilities, including subscription facilities, NAV facilities, GP/management company facilities, and other asset-based loan facilities. She also has several years of experience in structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2026, she was an associate at another leading law firm in New York.

- Represented fund borrowers affiliated with preeminent asset managers in multiple subscription facilities, ranging from $20 million to $5 billion*
- Represented fund borrowers affiliated with preeminent asset managers in multiple NAV facilities, ranging from $30 million to $500 million*
- Represented global banks in multiple NAV facilities and hybrid facilities secured by both capital commitments and portfolio investments, ranging from $200 million to $1 billion*
- Represented preeminent asset managers in multiple employee co-investment loan programs secured by fund equity interests and management lines of credit secured by management fees*
