Stephanie Leo joined Ropes and Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group in 2025. She currently practices in the New York office.
Stephanie earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, she served as the executive articles & symposia editor for the Journal of Law and Policy, was a teaching and research assistant, and was a member of Brooklyn Law’s Moot Court Honor Society Appellate Division. Stephanie also interned for District Judge Ann M. Donnelly in the Eastern District of New York, Magistrate Judge Lee G. Dunst in the Eastern District of New York, and the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Practice.
Prior to law school, Stephanie worked in government and non-profit sectors, including roles with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Peace Corps.
