Steven Levick is counsel in the firm’s real estate investments & transactions group. He represents investors, developers, REITs, funds and sponsors in the negotiation and execution of complex joint ventures, co-investments, acquisitions, leasing, preferred equity investments, financings and other real estate transactions. He also advises public and private credit funds and other alternative lenders on a wide range of structured finance and back leverage matters, including warehouse and repo lines. Steven’s experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily, office, life sciences, industrial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use properties.
