Van Luong is a law clerk in the corporate department. He assists private equity sponsors and strategic investors on transactional matters.
During law school, Van participated in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic, where he assisted in providing free corporate and transactional legal services to social enterprise, including nonprofit organizations, cooperative associations, and select small businesses in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
During his first summer of law school, Van interned for the Honorable M. Tia Johnson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
Prior to law school, Van served in the U.S. Navy for nine years. He deployed to various regions in the United States and overseas.
