Areas of Practice

Bojan is a litigator and former in-house counsel in Ropes & Gray’s Chicago office. Bojan draws on his experience as a teacher, a product liability litigator at another major global law firm, and most recently, as in-house counsel at a large multi-national conglomerate, to deliver practical, actionable, and commercially grounded advice that advances clients’ interests and minimizes business disruptions. His experience spans several industry sectors, including life sciences, consumer products, technology, and healthcare. He has regularly handled litigation, data privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and compliance matters and issues, both in proactive and reactive stances. In private practice, Bojan has represented clients at all levels of state and federal courts and has experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, assisting in discovery, working with experts to develop and deliver reports and testimony, and preparing for trial. In a corporate setting, Bojan has worked with various internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, compliance, sales, engineering, and product development to address novel issues facing corporations in rapidly evolving legal landscapes. He thrives when there is ambiguity and especially when the issues are novel or complex.

Bojan also maintains an active pro bono litigation practice, including representing incarcerated clients seeking adequate medical care. During law school, Bojan served as the executive editor of the Journal of Law & Inequality, a publication focused on exploring and daylighting important and contemporary scholarship concerning social issues. While in law school, Bojan served as legal writing student instructor and continued to teach legal writing at his alma mater as an adjunct professor.
