Ida Montanaro is a corporate lawyer with broad experience with cross-border and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestments, leveraged buyouts, and corporate reorganisations. She regularly advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds and listed and private companies, on extraordinary transactions as well as general corporate and governance matters.
