Jane McGraw is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement group. Jane represents clients in a broad range of complex matters, including government investigations, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Jane also counsels clients on pre-litigation risk management, particularly in connection with antitrust compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Jane’s clients include private equity firms and health care and life sciences companies. Jane also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing individuals seeking asylum.

During law school, Jane worked with the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic, conducting research to guide non-profits on adjusting strategy to confront a shifting regulatory landscape and completing externships with the Environmental Defense Fund and the Environmental and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
