Kennede Miller is a finance associate in the Chicago office. Kennede represents a wide range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, other investors, borrowers and issuers in complex financing transactions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Kennede was a finance associate at another international law firm where she represented financial institutions and clients in the energy and natural resources sector.
